Sandy Trail Hot Beef Jerky
After our hot became almost too hot for most we set out to make a “Not So Hot” jerky. This jerky still has plenty of heat and loads of flavor.
Ingredients: Beef, Vinegar, Salt, Onion, Garlic, Black Pepper, Dark Red Chile, Crushed Red Chile, Hydrolyzed Soy and Corn Protein, Sugar, Carmel Color, Molasses, Papain, Citric Acid. Natural Hickory Wood Smoke.
